All-AC reach truck range improved
December 1st 2004

For demanding applications, BT now offers new improved Reflex B/E-series models. Both lift and lowering speeds are increased, and there is a range of other improvements to the control features of the truck.

The innovative E-BAR makes Reflex B/E ready for easy installation of warehouse management devices such as radio data terminals and barcode scanners.

The Reflex B-series has a lift capacity up to 2500kg with maximum lift height in excess of 11m. The Reflex E-series benefits from the BT tilting cab and has lift capacities up to 2500kg with a maximum lift height in excess of 11m.

All Reflex B/E models are available with the ‘E-BAR’. This is a universal mount for warehouse management devices such as thinclient PC, radio data terminal, and barcode reader. An integral 12V DC power supply ensures Reflex B/E is ready to fit into any application.

Reflex B/E is also claimed to bring significant improvements in lifting and lowering speeds. Typical lift and lower cycles are said to be at least 10% faster depending on load weight and lift height, resulting in improvements in productivity and overall work cycles.

The range features PIN code entry as standard to ensure vehicles are only used by authorised personnel.

Entry of a code also configures the truck to that operator’s specific performance settings. Up to ten different configurations can be stored under a maximum of 100 different codes.

Another notable feature is the Quick Weight Check facility. A sensor in the hydraulic system means an accurate reading can be gained whenever the forks are stationary, as the weight is continuously monitored.
