Fleet tyre needs are taken care of

Stock Brothers has been manufacturing blocks for the building industry for over 75 years.

With 14 forklift trucks each operating between 65 and 70 hours per week, any downtime costs the business money, as do consumables such as tyres. Most of the servicing on these Caterpillar vehicles is done inhouse by two technicians – with external support from Caterpillar when required. The company relies almost exclusively on Continental for the provision of its tyres.

Alan Goodall, maintenance manager at Stock Brothers, says: ’We have always found Continental to have an extremely professional attitude, we are treated as a valued client and given a level of personal service we are extremely pleased with.
