In the running for two awards
January 1st 2011 Interfit, one of the UK's leading
forklift tyre & wheel services
businesses has been shortlisted for
Forklift Truck Association (FLTA)
awards in the Innovation and
Supplier of The Year categories.
Managing director Paul Morey
says: "We are naturally thrilled to
have secured nominations in two
categories. To be nominated by the
industry as a Supplier of the Year is
particularly pleasing - as a service
business we have to deliver
excellence every time we go on site
and as a third party service provider
we have to be flawless as it isn't just
ourselves we are representing."
For the Innovation award it is
Interfit's online tyre ordering and
fleet management system i-fit that
has been shortlisted.
Morey continues: "With i-fit
being shortlisted in the innovation
category we are equally pleased – we
believe that i-fit offers tremendous
value to customers giving them an
ordering process that is both quick
and simple and which most
importantly gives total visibility and
transparency on spend and product
performance. To be shortlisted for
two awards by our peer group is
incredibly satisfying and we'd love
to go one better at the awards in
February themselves."
Morey says 2010 was an
incredible and eventful year for the
company from launching the
business following a rebrand, and
developing new systems, to a highly
