New tow tractors from Toyota
June 1st 2006 Toyota Industrial Equipment is launching a new range of of electric tow tractors designed in increase productivity in just-in-time operations, particularly factories and warehouses where loads are frequently picked and moved over long distances.
The new tow tractor is available in three versions: a 2t stand-on, a 2t sit-on and a 3t sit-on. The 2t stand-on model is particularly suited to picking operations, while the sit-on versions are intended for horizontal transport.
Fitted with pneumatic tyres, the tow tractors can effectively transport loads over uneven floors, both inside and out. As well as providing extra support to protect the truck's components, the tyres also improve driver comfort. More articles from Toyota Material Handling (UK) Ltd: |
