Compact 500kg payload robot
December 1st 2003 Offering a maximum payload of 500kg, Kawasakis latest robot the M Series is of compact profile design with long reach and high wrist torque of 3920Nm.
High payload robots conventionally require a large counterbalance, which increases interference and reduces the work envelope. On the M Series, innovative use of an advanced link structure has eliminated the need for the counterbalance.
