Forklift dependence reduced April 1st 2004
Portable buildings manufacturer, Rollalong, has added a further two Nu-Star Power Pushers to its existing fleet of four. They are used to move trolleys holding wall panels, which weigh up to 2000kg.
The new units are reported to have enabled Rollalong to further reduce dependence on forklifts and free up floor space, helping to meet increased demand.
Used to increase productivity and enhance health and safety standards, the pedestrian operated Power Pusher can push/pull rolling loads weighing up to 40,000kg. Completely self contained, it has its own on-board battery charging system and can be used both indoors and out. More articles from Nu-Star Material Handling Ltd: |
