Samuk hits the mark with H Series forklift February 1st 2005
One of Samuk's latest 'H' Series forklifts has recently been delivered to Mar-Key Marquees of Christchurch in Dorset by local dealer, Albion Forklifts.
The 2.5 tonne capacity H25L chosen by the marquee hire specialist has been equipped with a 5.5m lift triple mast with sideshift and supplied on a 5 year contract with full maintenance.
The 'H' Series machines, says Samuk, are ruggedly constructed and feature proven componentry and engines, in the case of the truck supplied by Albion – a Nissan 4 cylinder H25 LPG unit developing 56 hp @ 2500 rpm. Because of this high build quality the 'H' Series forklifts are designed to give 10,000 hours of trouble-free service between major overhauls.
The Samuk H25L has replaced an old and expensive to maintain forklift and, company director Norman Higgins says: “Besides consuming a third less fuel than our old machine, the Samuk unit offered the best combination of specification and price and is now doing a first class job for us.” More articles from Samuk Lift Trucks Limited: |
