The Manuvit LEV adjustable width stacker from Southworth Handling allows a variety of loads to be handled with minimal operator effort. So when Thamesdown Transport wanted a machine to handle wheels on and off bus axles and bring them to floor level in complete safety with just a single operator, Southworth was quick to recommend it.

The solution is an LEV adjustable width stacker with a special cradle to support the wheels and rollers on the tips of the lift forks to allow the operator to align the wheel with the mounting studs.

A single operator can position grip and lift the wheel, weighing up to 100kg, in complete safety.

The wheel cradle and tall mast prevent the wheel from tipping backwards.
