Hyster furthers its reach
February 1st 2005 Hyster has bolstered its ReachStacker range with the addition of four new model configurations, taking its total range to ten trucks.
With either container handling or intermodal attachment, the new models comprise: The RS 45-27 CH – A container handler designed for first and second row applications with 27 capacity in the 2nd row; The RS 46-35IH – An intermodal handler, specificaly designed for handling containers and swap bodies, with 35 tonnes in the 2nd row; The RS 46-38/44S CH – Offers additional capacity with 38 tonnes in the 2nd container row or, when fitted with a Hyster designed stabiliser, a massive 44 tonnes in the 2nd row and a minimum of 30 tonnes in the 3rd row; The RS 46-35/40S IH – An intermodal handler offering 35 tonnes capacity in the second row or, when fitted with Hyster’s front stabiliser, 40 tonnes in the second row or a minimum of 27 tonnes in the 3rd row, plus between 32 and 36 tonnes in the 2nd rail handling row at 5.00 m to 6.00m load centre.
