Experience quick safe van loading

Callendar Aeropart, based in Lancashire, manufactures precision components for the aerospace industry all over Europe and North America, including Airbus, BAE, Boeing and Rolls Royce.

In daily use, to deliver Rolls Royce aero engines from its site in Crewe to the Rolls Royce factory in Derby, is the recently bought new Vanloda loading system from Joloda.

Engine parts are packed in boxes on a pallet, each one weighing 200kg.With Vanloda, four pallets can be quickly and safely loaded into the van for the daily trip. Previously, the van was loaded using a forklift then pallets were dragged out when unloading. This became a health and safety problem for the driver.

The portable Vanloda system sits on the van floor, no installation is needed and set up time is half an hour. Four pallets up to 1000kg can be loaded and unloaded safely and quickly.
