Joloda Hydraroll will be exhibiting a new system for loading any size of van, more safely and quickly at the Health & Safey Show, Sandown Park, Esher.

The Vanloda enables the pallets or slipsheet to be pushed onto rollers to the front of the van. The rollers are then lowered for driving and the pallets sit on the floor. Finally, the rollers are raised again for unloading and a pulling hook is used to pull the pallet out of the van.

The system is portable and installed in approximately 5 minutes. It loads and unloads 3 or 4 pallets up to 1,000 kilos in weight and of various footprint sizes, suitable also for cage pallets, stillages and post pallets.The roller bed is powered by 12v low current compressor, all internally fitted within the roller bed dimensions connected via the cigarette lighter socket of the transporter van.
