Minimover brings safety and efficiency
December 1st 2003 Distributing the news has got a lot faster for Australian newsagent chain, NewsLink, since it took charge of a BT Minimover.
The battery-driven pallet mover has streamlined the delivery of newspapers, books and merchandise to numerous outlets.
NewsLinks Graeme Trainor comments: The minimover is easy to use and we have definitely had an increase in the amount of stock we distribute. I can feel the benefit at the end of the day. For added safety BT supplied a cage that fits over the unit. We can stack the papers to about 1.5m high in this, so we move a lot more than we did on the old trolley.
