Rolling out a second pusher
December 1st 2008

Deva Hawarden Board and Display (a specialist paper and board converter and laminator to the packaging & display industry) has taken delivery of a second Nu-Star Power Pusher for its Flintshire manufacturing facility.

Power Pushers push 11/2t paper rolls onto the three sheeting machines and one laminator at the site.

Paul Shepard, production manager, comments "The first Nu-Star machine has operated problem-free for over 18 months and has been both a health and safety and productivity benefit in the plant. It has also proven popular with the staff so, we had no hesitation in choosing to contract hire another Power Pusher to service our third sheeter." In addition to its standard range, Nu-Star offers a bespoke design and build service and free on-site consultation.
