Rugged air winches

JD Neuhaus says its new Profi air winch range is particularly suited to hazardous operations as well as general operation in dusty or dirty conditions.

Mirroring JDN’s chain hoist series, the winches use fewer overall components – due to an innovative vane motor with integrated brake function. No additional air lubricant is required, helping to keep maintenance costs to a minimum.

With high rope capacities, the winches are simple to operate via variable speed lever control at the winch with optional E-type of FI-type pendant controls. An emergency air shut off valve also acts as an additional safety feature.

Profi Eco models offer lift capacities of 500kg or 800kg; Profi Lifter models 1000kg or 1800kg; while for heavy duty applications Profi Puller models have 1600kg and 3000kg capacities.
