Turnkey stillage handling system
October 1st 2004

As part of re-organisation at a leading Portuguese tyre manufacturer, Keymas Controls and Automation has designed, manufactured and installed a stillage handling system. This automatically conveys tyres from the manufacturing plant to a new warehouse located several hundred metres away.

The turnkey solution includes custom built elevators/ lowerators, chain conveyors and turntables, together with a special control sub-system for integration into a factory-wide management system
