End-to-end supply chain visibility

Logistics provider, Bibby Distribution has launched a new strategic transport management system. The Bibby Integrated Transport System, known as BITS, provides end-to-end supply chain visibility, giving customers increased order visibility through track and trace and POD access on a secure web portal. The system represents an investment of over Ł1m on the part of Bibby. It is now fully functional across the Route One Pallet Network.

"The system benefits customers and Bibby alike.

Customers gain visibility and control of their orders, whilst Bibby achieves global visibility of business critical processes through comprehensive management information," says business unit director, David Bennett.
