Telematics for mobile workforce control

Three months after appointing a dedicated telematics product manager, Lex Vehicle Leasing has launched its own-brand fleet telematics solution.

Lex FleetSolve is a modular fleet and asset management system which uses Internet based telematics technology to give managers full visibility and control over their mobile workforce and assets.

Headed up by Sheila Smith and powered by cybit, FleetSolve builds on the telematics solution already installed in over 1000 of Lex’s customers’ Vehicle over the past two years.

As well as the traditional operation cost savings and productivity improvements, Lex sees telematics becoming more useful in the fight to ensure companies comply with on going Duty of Care legislation.
