Fashion retailer, River Island, was experiencing considerable difficulties at its prestigious store in London, Oxford Street, with the goods inward loading bay. A narrow entrance and a tight restrictive area with awkward limited turning space and sloping ground was hampering staff in their efforts to effect reasonable easy turnaround of incoming goods.
