Logistics Door from Crawford

Crawford's latest vertical lift overhead sectional door, the 542 Logistics Door, is designed to deliver cost savings across a wide range of industrial applications. Available in sizes up to 3 x 3.3m, the door includes a number of features to aid economic installation and servicing.

Optimised for high frequency use, the 542 Logistics Door also incorporates security and safety features.

Furthermore, in contrast to other vertical lift doors on the market, the track fittings are self supporting. This means the steelwork only needs to extend one metre above the door height, instead of the three to four metres that is common in competitors' designs. As a result, savings can be realised from the reduced steelwork required, particularly in multi-bay applications.

Users of the 542 also benefit from the springs being mounted just over the top of the door, not above a steel frame six to seven metres high. This means they are more accessible, cutting time spent on servicing and maintenance.
