The key to easy loading bay maintenance

Industrial door manufacturer, Crawford, has launched a new range of easy to understand maintenance options for loading bay equipment that helps to reduce the risk of breakdown, ensure the safety of equipment and maintain compliance with local and EU regulations.

The services are based on a colour coded key system.

The Green Key service is intended for companies that see safety as a priority, even when traffic flow is light.

Regular inspection and maintenance ensures equipment conforms to relevant legislation.

The Yellow Key service is for companies requiring reliability, typically with a steady flow of traffic through docks and doors.

The clear, established maintenance is backed up by a guaranteed reaction time to a service call, priority in the event of a breakdown and technical support via telephone.

The Blue Key service caters for businesses where doors and docks play a critical role and a breakdown would create a serious disturbance in operations.

The Red Key service meets the needs of companies that have individual demands outside the normal scope of routine maintenance, or where total dock availability is essential.

This is a highly individual and flexible 'anything is possible' package, that can be specified by the customer.
