Accurate weight and dimension info

Mettler Toledo has improved its CS9000 dimensioning product - the CS9000 CargoChecker.

Designed for use in the transport industry, warehousing and parcel services, it provides accurate weight and dimension information, allowing managers to choose between weight or volumetric invoicing.

The CS9000 can measure, weigh and identify inmotion packages automatically and precisely either continuously or on a start-stop system. Typically up to 2400 packages an hour can be processed but higher throughput rates are feasible.

The CargoChecker offers many benefits including: accurate identification, weight and dimensional data; high product throughput; ease of operation; and cost reductions.

Measuring the dimensions of cargo manually as well as determining its weight can be time-consuming, difficult and inaccurate. The CargoChecker provides precise dimension, volume and weight data of packages in seconds for accurate pricing and the most efficient use of freight compartments.
