 New economy trucks
April 6th 2009

Doosan has added six new models (1.5, 1.8 and 2.0 capacity LPG and diesel trucks) to its GX economy range that UK general manager, Tim Waples, believes will bolster sales despite the global crunch.

“In the midst of an economic downturn, we know that businesses are keen to keep costs down as they invest to grow and survive. As such, the GX Series is very popular with users that perhaps don’t have as intensive an operation as some of our Pro-5 fleet customers, but still need reliability and performance from a proven machine.”

Simple to operate, with wide visibility masts, ergonomic operator compartment and robust 2.4 litre LPG or 3.3 litre industrial diesel engines, the GX series aims to combine comfort and reliable performance with simplicity of design.

The GX Series also comes complete with the award-winning operator sensing system to ensure a safer operation.
