Bibby enters WMS market
October 2nd 2009

Bibby Distribution has acquired part of warehouse management system developer Data Driven Software.

The move means Bibby, which uses Data Driven's Claws 2 product, can enter the software market to provide IT solutions to third parties.

All external support contracts will now revert to one IT team based at Bibby's Liverpool HQ.

Bibby has recently stated that it aims to double revenues and profits within the next three years. Strategic acquisitions look set to continue in order to deliver such growth ambitions.
