Further arrests over fire April 1st 2010 Two more men were arrested earlier this month in connection with the fatal fire at Atherstone on Stour, Warwickshire in November 2007.
The men, aged 49 and 59 were arrested on suspicion of misconduct in a public office and released on bail pending further inquiries.
Six men arrested in February and March this year on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter in connection with the fire remain on police bail pending further inquiries. Four firefighters died tackling the blaze at the warehouse, which had been converted into a packing plant.
