Huge forklift death payout April 1st 2010 A US court has awarded a mammoth $8.9 million dollars (£5.9m) to the family of a man who died in a lift truck accident. Sergio Rincon Sr worked for Nabors Drilling at a Texas oil & gas well site and was killed when a colleague accidentally pushed a forklift lever forward.
