Savoye wins P&G automation contract August 17th 2009 Savoye has been chosen by Procter & Gamble (P&G) to supply a new automated order preparation system for the global FMCG manufacturer’s Bournemouth site. Due to go live in January next year, it is the first order preparation system sold directly to P&G by Savoye.
The system incorporates a split case function, enabling picking from different areas of the warehouse, for example bulk storage for pallets or split case areas for item picks, and was chosen due to its flexibility.
