BT Lifter no. 2,500,000
November 1st 2005

Hand pallet truck number 2,500,000 has rolled off BT’s factory in Mjölby, Sweden. The company has been producing hand trucks since 1948, and claims many of those 2.5million trucks are still in use today.

BT’s models have progressed over the last 57 years. For example the Pro Lifter’s (LHM230P) Pro Start technology means it requires up to 67% less force than a standard hand pallet truck to start moving when laden, while the Pro Lifter M (LHT100) uses and electric motor for easy travel in either direction.
