ByBox wins telenet business

Overnight parts distribution specialist, ByBox, has been engaged by the Telco Services division of telent, which specialises in the build, migration and support of telecom networks. The contract, which is for a period of three years, is worth over £2 million.

It is the latest in a long line of contracts to be won by ByBox as more and more companies want to take advantage of the unique service the company is able to offer.

telent is one of Europe’s biggest suppliers of communications support services and is formerly the UK and German services business of Marconi Corporation. The company was renamed telent in January of this year.

telent utilises ByBox’s unique distribution solution to send parts out to its 500 strong network of multi skilled telecom engineers who are experts in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of multi-vendor telecommunication assets into live networks.
