Bott's new Vario range is 35% lighter

The new Vario range of lightweight modular in-vehicle storage equipment from Bott is 35% lighter than comparable products so users can carry heavier loads in the same vehicle. With Vario users can transform commercial vehicles into efficient and safe working environments to support service, engineering, maintenance and delivery applications. The standard modules are available in a range of depths, widths and heights to ensure maximum use of the available space in commercial vehicles from all leading manufacturers.

Vario comprises an extensive selection of modular shelving, drawer stacks, service cases, lockers, bulkheads, worktops and accessories. Careful design and selection of materials including anodised aluminium, sheet steel, plastics and composites ensures Vario products are robust and durable while being lighter than comparable equipment. Many of the standard modules and components have also been redesigned to use less material and deliver an additional weight saving. The use of lightweight materials also helps to reduce in-vehicle noise caused by items being stored.

The Vario system is designed to be converted and extended easily. All base elements are equipped with a multifunction grid so they can be combined with functional components such as drawers, trays, shelves, brackets and rails to create a solution that is matched exactly to a user's specification.
