Industry professional retires
September 20th 2006

Tony Jauncey, has retired from the materials handling industry after a career spanning more than 45 years. As head of Welconstruct Customer Solutions’ distribution and logistics sector, Tony has been instrumental in delivering innovative materials handling and supply chain solutions to many market sectors.

Companies he has worked with along the way include Morrisons, Argos, Robert Bosch, House of Fraser, Jaguar, Ford, Harrods, Potterton Myson and LEC Refrigeration. Tony will be retained by Welconstruct in a consultative role to advise on key customer projects.

Crucial to the success of the Welconstruct Group since joining in the early 1960’s, Tony is also highly supportive of industry associations and is currently vice president of the BMHF as well as as vice president of the Automated Materials Handling Systems Association
