Tri-Cat means all Nissan LPG's can work indoors

Specially designed to meet stringent new requirements for even lower exhaust emissions, Nissan will roll its Tri-Cat System out across its entire range of LP gas forklifts by the end of 2007, and in a new Tri-Cat Ultra version.

According to the company, the new version reduces harmful exhaust emissions by up to 98 per cent and simultaneously delivers extreme fuel efficiency. It will cover all Nissan LPG forklifts – from one to seven tonne capacity – making the complete range suitable for indoor working.

The Tri-Cat Ultra system will work in tandem with a completely new range of LPG engines designed and built by Nissan especially for its forklfit trucks.
