Bendi honoured in business awards November 30th 2007 Translift Bendi, manufacturer of the articulated Bendi forklift truck, has been honoured as the winner of The Birmingham Post Business Award for September, the prestigious award is the latest accolade to be bestowed on the multi award winning firm.
Each month a panel of judges for the West Midlands premier daily publication selects the winner out of the business news stories published by the newspaper for that month – company’s cannot enter, you get chosen.
The reporting of Translift Bendi’s planned expansion of its Redditch factory impressed the selection panel for its newsworthiness as it demonstrated the company’s continued growth and commitment to the local area and workforce.
Chairman Fred Brown, managing director Simon Brown and marketing manager Helen Bishop received the award during a presentation held at Staffordshire’s premier spa resort Hoar Cross Hall.
