Doosan on hand at Glasgow show March 14th 2008 Korean forklift manufacturer, Doosan, is giving visitors to a regional show in Glasgow the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest Pro-5 Series forklifts.
As well as having a static on-stand display at the ShD regional show, Doosan will also have trucks available to drive in the demonstration area. Representatives from the three Scottish distributors will be on hand to discuss the trucks' features and benefits.
Doosan will be exhibiting at the show riding high on success from the recent FLTA Awards where the company scooped the Award for Safety Excellence, for its rear grab handle with integral horn.
Over the past few years the company has experienced record growth and Paul Watson, UK sales manager, believes that hands on experience of Doosan machines is one of the reasons behind this success.
Said Paul: “One of the comments that keeps coming back to us is that operators and fleet specifiers really do find the trucks perform well, particularly when trialled against other more expensive brands. We’ve already been chosen as the preferred truck brand for major Scottish businesses this year, having been shortlisted and test driven by experienced operators. We’re therefore delighted to have this opportunity to demonstrate the machines to visitors at the Glasgow show.”
ShD Scotland takes place on April 22nd and 23rd at the SECC Glasgow. Doosan forklifts are available from 1.0 to 16.0 tonnes, in electric, gas and diesel powered models. More articles from Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd: |
