New mid-range overhead crane hoists
March 6th 2008 A new generation of mid-range hoists in the 0 to 25t category is being launched by overhead crane expert, Street Crane Company. It is claimed the ZX6 and ZX8 series hoists will set new standards for safety, reliability and performance.
In parallel with the start of production at Street Crane’s Derbyshire factory, Chinese licence holders, Nanjing Hoisting Machinery General Works Company (NHM), will also start-up manufacture of ZX6 and ZX8 hoists for the Chinese home market. Street Crane will supply other crane builders and trade partners throughout the world with hoists from their Derbyshire factory.
Engineered for high volume production, the adaptable hoists have 30% fewer components than their predecessors and are quicker to build.
Designed for compact height and overall dimensions, the hoists occupy only minimum space, making them suitable for modern low-rise workshops. The modularised units are easily customised to meet customer and country requirements, either by Street Crane or by their local trade partners and distributors.
