Masternaut acquired December 14th 2009 Masternaut Three X, the vehicle tracking specialist, has been acquired by Masternaut International, a subsidiary of Hub Telecom.
The purchase is said to create Europe’s largest fully integrated telematics and mobile resource management organisation.
Masternaut Three X employs 150 people in Leeds, Skipton, Hull and Belfast.
It has nearly 3,000 customers and in the last financial year the company made revenues of £22m and profits of £2m EBITDA.
Martin Port founded Masternaut Three X in 2002 and will remain md.
