Watts acquires Profix

Watts Industrie Reifen, the German subsidiary of Watts Tyre Group has today announced the acquisition of Profix GmbH, the north German based tyre services and distribution business.

Current Profix Director Volker Scholze will join Watts Industrie Reifen and manage operations from the Zittau office, Profix Manager Udo Rottke will also join Watts as Tyre Services Manager responsible for the Mobile Fitting Service across the country.

Andreas Karnein, General Manager of Watts Industrie Reifen commented “We are very pleased to make this announcement and to be bringing Profix into our business. Profix has been both a customer and partner for many years and from every perspective it made perfect sense to bring Profix directly into our structure.”
