Aisle-Master unveils Midlands area sales manager
November 30th 2009

Specialist articulated forklifts manufacturer Aisle-Master has appointed Nick Carter as Area Sales Manager for central England.

The company says Nick’s experience and contacts within the warehousing and handling sector will enable him to continue to strengthen Aisle-Master’s links with materials handling suppliers in this region.

He will support Steve Surridge, responsible for Southern England and Nick Leadley who looks after Northern England and Scotland.

LPG or electric powered Aisle-Masters can replace a combination of reach and counterbalance forklifts, offering customers extensive savings on storage space, reduced costs and enhanced productivity.

Sales have remained buoyant in a large number of industry sectors, in spite of the recent economic climate as MD Gerry McHugh explains: “Our ability as a manufacturer to offer trucks tailored exactly to customer demands has set us apart from companies which can only offer a more limited range. Nick’s appointment reflects the success of this approach and the continued demand for our products.”

The new arrival adds: “I have always considered the Aisle-Master range to be the quality choice in the articulated market and I am very pleased to now be more formally associated with the brand.”
