Ailing fruit juice company to be saved, but just for fun... March 29th 2010 Challengers in the UK’s first supply chain management competition, The Fresh Connection, could find themselves taking on the rest of the world as the competition looks set to go global.
There are eight other countries already taking part in their own territories, including the USA and talks are underway to set up an international final.
The Fresh Connection is an internet-based, role-playing simulation run by leading supply chain consultants, SCALA. The challenge is to save an ailing fruit juice company from closure and develop it into a successful organisation.
