ISIS buys Bury warehouse
June 13th 2011 ISIS Property Trust has completed the purchase of a retail warehouse at Hope Mill Retail Park, Foundry Street, Bury, for £7,050,000, according to a report from StockMarketWire.
The development is located within an established edge-of-centre retail warehouse location. The property is 35,000 sq ft, (3,252 sq m), and provides 135 car parking spaces.
