New Aisle- Master at Logistics Link South
February 3rd 2011 Aisle-Master will be exhibiting a model from its recently launched range of articulated forklifts at this year’s Logistics Link South on stand 69. The range stands out not only with its striking new yellow colour but also due to the redesign of these LPG and AC electric powered trucks, which now come with a 5 year / 5,000 hours parts warranty. “We have the utmost confidence in the unrivalled reliability of the Aisle-Masters, which is why we have introduced this generous warranty,” says MD Martin McVicar.
The cab and controls feature improved ergonomics, and over articulation now allows the trucks to be operated faster in very narrow aisles. LED lights as standard offer brighter and “greener” operation, and new safety features such as a pedal foot guard ensure the highest possible level of protection for drivers. The battery in the electric models is quickly removed using a hand pallet truck, and all components are simple to access for more straightforward maintenance procedures. A new addition to the company’s portfolio is the narrow 15E model, which has a lift capacity of 1,500 kg and a chassis that is just 1030 mm wide. This enables operation in even tighter aisles for more space saving handling and storage operations.
