Swisslog invites senior supply chain and warehouse professionals to seminar event
October 26th 2011

Swisslog has offered supply chain and warehouse professionals the opportunity to learn more about the future of materials handling solutions at a one day seminar in Oxfordshire on November 1.

The day will include insights into the strategic drivers for food and grocery supply chains, an overview of how changing retail trends are affecting materials handling throughout the supply chain, an innovation workshop, and case studies from world leading retailers and food & beverage manufacturers. Delegates have been given the option to spend 30 minutes with a Swisslog consultant to discuss potential improvements in their own distribution centre.

“We are passionate about providing the best materials handling solutions for our customers,” says James Sharples, Head of Sales at Swisslog. “These seminars and workshops will give us all the chance to share knowledge and experience, helping drive innovation and improve industry standards.”

The event is being held at the Williams F1 conference centre and delegates will have the opportunity to visit Sir Frank Williams’ private Grand Prix Collection, one of the largest private collections of Formula 1 cars in the world.
