Robotic palletiser easily integrated

When Bose speakers needed to extend its production facilities following increased demand for its DVD system, Okuras Robot Palletiser provided the solution. As well as adding two new manufacturing lines, the company wanted to reduce reliance on manual sorting of its 35 product lines and five different sized boxes. The Okura Palletiser was recommended by LVP Conveyors. The two companies worked closely together to design a system that integrated easily with Boses existing facilities and equipment, as well as being suitable for sorting a wide range of products in large volumes.
