Affordable and easy print and apply labelling

MARKEM Systems has extended its Cimjet family range – aimed at companies looking to automate end of line labelling.

It claims the Cimjet 200 combines performance and reliability with entry-level pricing. Unlike other budget labellers, MARKEM says the Cimjet is purpose engineered, thus delivering high productivity throughout a long working life. This durability, says the company, ensures that labels are printed and applied with consistent accuracy to cases shrinkwraps and other shipping packs.

The blow-assisted tamp action of the CJ200 can be configured for top or side label apply at line speeds of up to 30 packs per minute.

It will print and apply labels sized from a minimum of 40 x 40mm to 110 x 150mm long, adding variable product data, graphics and logos as well as EN128, RSS and 2D barcode symbologies.

Built-in connectivity makes networking simple, providing links to a host factory system or integration into a unified code management scheme.

Various options are available.
