Robust high speed door offers enhanced safety

Combining the strength and security of aluminium with the rapid response of a high speed door, the new Sara sprint 3000 also incorporates a range of safety features. At the heart of the door, DiscDrive technology enables aluminium slats to wind separately and smoothly on up to three modules, which are designed for a robust and long life. Safety is also assured by Saras patented preceeding safety photocell/ transmitter. Self monitoring, this stops and reverses the door when the beam is broken. In the event of a collision, the sara sprint 3000s rubber-mounted carrying belts allow it to flex and disperse the pressure. Individual sections can be replaced if necessary. Smooth in operation, with gentle acceleration and braking, the door incorporates an easily adjustable speed-changer.
