Ultra-quick curing cementitious systems

To help avoid down time associated with floor refurbishment Instarmac has developed two self-smoothing cementitious Cemfloor systems. The Cemfloor IB and Cemfloor IT flooring systems facilitate speedy installation and extremely quick curing, permitting fast track installation and a rapid return to use, even for large floor areas. The primary function of Cemfloor IB is to provide a self-smoothing underlay, to even-out excessive undulations prior to the application of Cemfloor IT. While it is designed as part of the overall system, it is often used in lightly trafficked areas as a final wearing surface in its own right. For more demanding environments, Cemfloor IT provides the final durable and seamless wearing surface. Cemfloor IT is said to have exceptional abrasion resistance, together with high flexural, tensile and bond strength.
