Service and support October 1st 2006 FKI Logistex has expanded its Customer Support and Service (CSS) operations.
A number of progressive initiatives have been announced including the creation of a newly structured customer account management team. This comprises pan-European personnel with responsibility for providing individual customers with a dedicated account manager. These will be on call for all pre and aftermarket support involving single and multi-site projects in one or more EU countries.
FKI Logistex is also expanding its network of European-based CSS facilities with the addition of two new strategic locations already established and operating in Spain and Holland.
Additionally, the company is increasing its focus on basing expert support personnel on-site at all major FKI Logistex projects.
