Zetes acquires VoCognition

European systems integrator, Zetes, has acquired VoCognition, supplier of voice-enabled warehousing solutions.

Zetes will incorporate the WES Solution in its3i Voice Solution.

"It became clear that VoCognition International would not have enough critical mass to further develop and support its existing customers", says Alain Wirtz, CEO of Zetes.

"At Zetes, we are continually investing in developing our 3i Voice Solution. Over time, WES will be integrated in this solution. Zetes will maintain existing VoCognition's WES customers for both hardware and software, will secure their current investments and will guarantee them for systems upgrade and additional functionalities."
