More space without relocating

Workspace provider, Welconstruct Customer Solutions, has helped Leeds-based De Puy, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, to increase its sales office and operating space without having to relocate. De Puy needed to extend an existing mezzanine floor which was being used as an office and sales space.

Adrian Johnson, account manager at Welconstruct explains: "The initial sales area was too small and not suitable for the needs of the staff. The job was a complete fit out. We extended the mezzanine floor by 195m2 – around the size of two tennis courts – and installed benches, shelves, heating, ventilation and air conditioning to create an instantly accessible workspace."
