Compact flexible palletising
June 1st 2007 Abar Automation has
developed the M710
Palletiser, demonstrated at
this year's Total exhibition,
along with a selection of
automated solutions for
end of line packing
operations.
The compact six axis rob
provides freely
programmable three
dimensional movement,
and the company says it
passes easily around
pillars, machinery or other
obstacles on the route
from the product pick up
position to the pallet.
Flexibility is said to be
this systems forte, the
possible layouts are
infinite; from simple one
pallet on the floor layouts
to multi-functional
systems where the robot
places its own pallet, layer
sheets and the product. |
