Charles Tyrwhitt is said to be the UK’s largest supplier of shirts, ties and shoes which are sold via the internet and mail order and retail outlets. It has recently move to a distribution centre in Milton Keynes for the storage and despatch of mail orders worldwide.
A high quality strapping system was essential to the success of the warehouse operation and Mosca says the shirt supplier was attracted by its reputation for reliability for reliance and performance.
The machine chosen, the Mosca RO-TRP-4 is a fully automated machine offering single strapping speeds of up to 30 packs per minute.
Integrated into the warehouse’s conveying system, it is flexible enough to strap the various pack sizes used by Charles Tyrwhitt.
